Hidden behind private gates, Kashmir is a more intimate property with a Moorish, Spanish-Moroccan feel to it. The interior offers a unique blend of colors, fabric textures and electric design. All common rooms open to the interior courtyard or the front yard through french doors. The balcony in front of the master bedroom allows birds-eye shots into the pool and interior courtyard. Two of the brand new bathrooms (black and white marble w/white sinks) are oversized and are convenient for camera set-up. Skylights provide cool ambient light during sunny days.
The exterior features large boulders and huge mature oak trees, two lawn areas and a courtyard with pool.

Jazmin – in Careyes, Mexico
This little “gem” is right in the center of one of the most picturesque and colorful and ultra-contemporary Mexican backdrops imaginable. Almost every big architectural and fashion magazine in the world has photographed layouts in Playa Careyes: Architectural Digest, Casas & Gente, Sports Illustrated, Town & Country, Vogue and Playboy – to name a few; and numerous film-productions are using the famous Careyes scenery for large-scale productions. Quinton Tarantino fell in love with Careyes and shot several scenes of Kill-Bill-2 here. The Careyes cliff houses are known for their infinity pools, which seem to extend into the sea as far as the horizon, and for the bands of shade created by their pergolas. One of these pergolas was the location for the first photo shoot in what was perhaps the most widely recognized advertising campaign in recent times: Calvin Klein’s Obsession.
To arrange for permits, we are able to connect you to any of the more than 60 properties in the area, many of them master pieces of contemporary Mexican architecture. The weather is predictably ideal for shooting during 9 months a year, and accommodations are plentiful and luxurious. There are also numerous completely private beaches with tropical vegetation and dramatic rock formations.
